If an item has price and "buy now" or "add to cart" button next to it, it is available for purchase immediately. When you click on the button, the system will take you to a secure Order Processing web site. I use PayPal for all my transactions. To pay for your purchase you can also use your PayPal or pay with your credit card. You do not have to have your own PayPal account. PayPal accepts all major credit cards.
